With over 25 years of experience in community development and economic development, Cheryal currently provides oversight of over $5 million in program, levy and grant annual income. She delivers program development and implementation, organizational planning and financial oversight. Cheryal serves on the following boards and committees: Regional Children’s Museum, Sprout MN Advisory Committee, Central Lakes College Advisory Council, Christian Labor Union Local 8 Board, Minnesota Association of Development Organizations (MADO), RED Group – Process Design Team, and the national WealthWorks Hub Network.

Alex is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, accounts payable, audit schedules, and reports for R5DC and NCEDA. Her other responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial reports and fund requests for all departments, programs, grants, and contracts within R5DC and NCEDA. Alex joined R5DC/NCEDA in 2017 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Jamestown while competing in four years of volleyball. She comes from a public accounting background specializing in financial statements and payroll.
Business Loan Developer

Stephanie is responsible for managing all aspects of loan development for R5DC/NCEDA and the daily operations of the GAP/RLF, ELP, and Micro lending, Individual Septic Treatment System (ISTS), Household Well Water Program (HWWP) fund management and any new loan programs that evolve at R5DC/NCEDA. Additionally, she assists small businesses to secure management, financial and marketing assistance. Stephanie comes to R5DC/NCEDA with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration/accounting and an associate’s degree in accounting.

Angela is responsible for maintaining the administrative duties and external marketing and communications for R5DC, NCEDA, and The Good Life. She coordinates marketing and outreach activities, facilitates website maintenance, digital marketing and event planning. Angela oversees the branding for R5DC and NCEDA, beautifies plans, and creates project collateral. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. Cloud State University with a minor in Women’s Studies. She serves on the Trinity Children’s Center Ministry Board, R.Y.D.E. Board, and has been a Junior Achievement volunteer in elementary schools for over 15 years.
