HOMEOWNER LENDING PROGRAMS
The ISTS Loan (Individual Sewage Treatment System) Program is used to repair or replace existing, non-compliant septic systems in Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd and Wadena counties. Low interest loans will be provided to qualified property owners. The Minnesota Department of Agriculture has allocated funds to these counties to finance loans. NCEDA will administer these funds.

The HWWS (Household Well Water System) Program is used to repair, replace or relocate an existing, non-compliant well in Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd and Wadena counties. Low interest loans will be provided to qualified property owners. The USDA has allocated funds to these counties to finance loans. NCEDA will administer these funds.
